Claudio is incredibly kind and flexible about everything. He was willing to make a bag out of my model and use the leather that I indicated to him instead of his own stock (VERY few sellers are willing to do this). He was also willing to hand sew zippers and make the suede lining the way that I indicated to him (always wanted a hand sewn leather bag with leather lining!). He even made a model for free based on my specifications before charging me anything! And he was willing to be patient while I made sure of the leather, and was helping the communication with getting me the correct leather. AND, after I paid, he was sending me many picture of work in progress as he went through with making the bag!! Wow who does that? 😯

The bag turned out very well, a bit stiffer than I imagined but not an issue. The stitching is impeccable! The zippers, although nylon coil, is very high quality! The only improvement I can see is the magnets on the side are not very strong or secure. I think they should’ve been placed more higher up because the sides keep popping out. I guess I should’ve asked for a stud or lobster claw instead. But other than that I’m so happy that I finally got my dream bag! Thanks Claudio!

Shipping took awhile due to the COVID-19 and the Postal System being bogged down. The seller even contacted the Post Office and tracked the order for me.
